Create Diagnostic Data Sharing System

Create a system which will share usage statistic securely. The main reason to add this it to give the developers a chance to see how much this is used. I will post a discussion to allow people to share thoughts this.

Key Features:

• NO data will shared/logged other than amount of questions to answer and
• Report every time the submit button is pressed, with how many questions are to be answered.
• Must be secure so only myself, @Jacrac04, can view the statistics.
