this happened after updating my synology NAS to DSM 7.0.1-42218 Update 2

Ok, and the result of following the troubleshooting steps?

this all happened after the update to DSM 7.0.1-42218 Update 2. I dont use docker and i tried changing the dns with no luck .
I know its not an ISP issue because after the update the server restarted and this issue came up.
