Cambridge University Press (author-date) style now exists in [two flavors](https://www.cambridge.org/core/services/aop-file-manager/file/610be5e3a1acae0932de3cca/Cambridge-Reference-Styles.pdf): *CambridgeA* and *CambrigeB*.
