change the Carbon capture and storage share

My ministry is trying to establish a scenario for making the Carbon capture and storage and direct air capture technologies as two alternatives for the storage capacity of captured carbon to be 3 Gt of carbon dioxide and 4 Gt for the BAU and the other scenario. which files should I change in the input files?
