- Will inviting LG to our remaining meetings this fall accomplish this, or do we need additional time?

- Amy to verify meeting schedule and coordinate agendas with LG; Sarah to help determine agenda items and milestones
- Debrief on LG/ICC meeting of 2023-10-13
  - RACI matrix to define who will do what in the process; ICC role in hiring process is to consult, but it is the board’s responsibility to undertake the hiring
  - SOAR document includes summary/synthesis of conversation to try to identify points of agreement as goalposts
  - Focus on opportunities and results quadrants in meeting with LG
Hiring contribution document available for ICC comments (Amy to remind in Slack)
