  • ICC/Leadership convergence
    • New LG takes recs from IG’s and that they WILL bring recommendations to new LG
    • Observation that this would help with future community participation and healthy growth, etc.
    • Granting some power to IGs? Have a more formal impact on community impact (e.g. DIG?)
    • Missing in leadership is expectation and power, and take recs and formalize them - if LG takes a rec and approves it, that would be policy
