Board plans to start sharing strategic planning document with governance groups in mid-August
Community announcement of IslandoraCon 2025, call for planning committee to be sent out 7/28
Local planning for IslandoraCon can start ASAP
September Open Meeting date 9/24 confirmed with Board for Islandora AGM
October Open Meeting on bots to be announced soon; possibly preservation as theme for November Open Meeting

Action Items

Send communications for IslandoraCon; prepare communications about other meetings and ICC chair role
