Review of Interest Groups
Call out to Interest Groups to see what they're discussing, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the software from their perspective; how can the ICC help/look into things
How can the IGs continue to feed into the community and feel like they have meaningful contributions to make
Helping IGs define the parameters of what they can/should be doing
See who is still active and invite them to the beginning of ICC meetings to encourage more two-way communication, initially to check in and then on a more occasional basis to keep conversations and communication going

looking at groups of fields in the defaults until they've gone through them all. Started with Title.

need to talk to Leadership about Camps or training for the Spring
possibility of open meeting times in the Spring for mini-camps or taste of camp to give a preview
pay for training or camps that put funds towards a feature, so an IR camp or metadata camp
camp that did roadmap or features that helped do the work that people do when they have time off the side of their desk, we could provide training, gather feedback, and push towards advancement of features that would then role the funding forward into development
Next step to develop a pitch to the Board

Amy will draft an email and share with the group to go to the active IG heads, early next week, to join us at upcoming meetings
Amy will follow up with Leadership on specific amount for CoC committee training
Amy will send a save the date for CoC committee training
Amy will draft an email to Leadership Group, Board of Directors, TAG, IG (quarterly/twice a year), etc. to invite to be part of programming for the Open Meetings more formally
