- Feel free to add more, or add something from Islandora Discussions
- https://github.com/Islandora/controlled_access_terms/pull/114 needs a tester
- https://github.com/Islandora/documentation/issues/2286 Josh asked if we should bake this into our Docker deployments or make the volume mountable so it can be more easily editable. Annie agreed. Adam asked if the list of User Agents could be configurable in environment variables. Additional discussion about how to more efficiently support this moving forward.
- Side discussion on helping reputable bots avoid crawler traps on pages using facets as part of collection browse. Some suggestions recommended using "no-follow" on links. One option is to exclude those pages in
robots.txt
and rely on site-maps instead for crawlers to use. See https://www.drupal.org/project/simple_sitemap and https://dev.acquia.com/tutorial/beginners-guide-installing-simple-xml-sitemap-module-drupal. - https://github.com/Islandora/documentation/issues/2285 This is for older versions of Ubuntu. Rosie will look into updating the page with more context.
- https://github.com/Islandora/Crayfish/issues/181 Closed.
- https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/islandora-starter-site/pull/130 Alex will test.
- https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/isle-dc/pull/369 Yamil can't test right now, but in a few weeks.
- https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/isle-site-template/pull/32 & https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/isle-site-template/issues/31 Rosie will add testing instructions.
- https://github.com/Islandora-Labs/islandora_awesome/pull/70 Neither Don nor Seth noticed that islandora_awesome was for Islandora 7, not the current version. Rosie pointed this out and then suggested, perhaps the Cookbook (which is for the newest version of Islandora) should be brought into the Docs site so it has greater visibility before "archiving" it. Seth agreed with this idea. Don will close the existing PR.
