Incomplete reference on islandora.ca #2332

I'm sure this isn't the correct place to post this but on this page https://www.islandora.ca/what-is-islandora we refer to "Fedora Commons" as just "fedora". This will be confusing to some and I think Islandora Org has an agreement with Fedora (the operating system) not to refer to itself as fedora but always use the Fedora Commons (I could be wrong).

Either way this should be adjusted.
