Currently, Travis fails to invoke composer when running tests for drupal-project. We can call composer with php instead and pass it a MEMORY_LIMIT=-1 a la https://github.com/Islandora/documentation/blob/master/.scripts/travis_setup_drupal.sh#L13 to get around this.
