Document RDF properties in the http://islandora.ca/islandora8 namespace

We are using RDF properties within the http://islandora.ca/islandora8 namespace, For example, at https://github.com/Islandora/Crayfish/blob/dev/Homarus/static/convert.ttl#L5 and https://github.com/Islandora/Crayfish/blob/dev/Homarus/static/convert.ttl#L5. We should document these properties in a central location.

For Islandora 7, we have https://github.com/Islandora/islandora_ontology.

After some references to Star Wars and Futurama during the 2019-10-30 tech call we decided that we should see what best/common practice is for versioning ontologies is and discuss whether we should do that.....

We are also blindly using non-real namespaces in https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/migrate_7x_claw/blob/master/migrate/tags.csv for the purposes of moving datastreams from 7 to 8.
