[FEATURE REQUEST] Add a way to retrieve a list of AppIDs of games that still have card drops

Desired Behavior

There is already «Click here to calculate drops remaining» button on the badges page, maybe some another button next to it. Then it may show the list or just directly copy it to the clipboard, doesn't really matter.

Motivation / Use Case for Changing the Behavior

I prefer to not idle the games that I am actually going to play, and currently I have over 200 games with available drops. Sometimes some games get cards, and manually figuring out what games are those is painful. Currently I am just disemboweling HTML in Notepad++, but it is still cumbersome. With having just a list I can compare it to my local list using Python and get the difference in less than a minute.
