Current Behavior (if any)

The note is visually truncated to 100 characters, and to read it in full, you have to click on it or press the "Update note" button.

Desired Behavior

Long user notes are displayed in full, regardless of how many lines it takes up.

Motivation / Use Case for Changing the Behavior

I am a native speaker of a language that has fairly long words. Google suggests that words in my language are on average 36% longer than in English. Accordingly, notes of the same content in English will be a third shorter and, with a high probability, will fit into 100 characters. Native speakers of other languages ​​will often have to perform additional actions to read their own notes in full. This is all the more critical, given that your own notes to the game are almost the most important content on the game page.
