Hi my friend, hope you have a very good year 2016.

I am facing some problems with a specific model of table huawei: MediaPad 7 Youth 2 Build

In this model, the sounds doesnt play and some times the program doesnt work right and the program get like freeze.

I have tried with other models MediaPad 7 Lite Build or phones Huawei, and the sounds play good. Could you please help me?

I need some more info about your problem device. Tell me this:

  1. Version of android
  2. Browser name and version

The info(sorry for the delay):

  • Version android: 4.3
  • Browser name: is the default explorer in the android system
