Add Seed Phrase Generation & Private Key Derivation to cardano-cli:

Let's add the ability to generate seed phrases and derive private keys from them directly in cardano-cli. This should use the functionality exposed by the cardano-addresseslibrary.

Functionalities:

  • Generating seed phrases
  • Deriving extended private keys from seed phrases
