The approval process should be described in ~10 sentences in the RAM

The approval process for evaluation facilities shall be briefly explained in chapter 4.2.5.

@aliasimon If I saw this correctly, the link at the end of the processes page is not leading to a valid IDSA page with the whitepaper.
I checked the main branch and the 4_2_5_2_Certification-Process branch.

Hi @jonaswinkel01 : I took the link from IDS-G which is empty yet, but I thought it will be enriched soon?
