Repeated status changes for stock changes won't be recorded in notifications #98

When modifying the stock_change status, we send a notification to the user. However, we don't store a snapshot of the status, meaning if the admin were to change it multiple times ("ready" -> "delivered"; or "ready" -> "pending" -> "rejected"; or whatever), we would have duplicate notifications showing the last state.
