Show trending loop on the discover page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The discover page is empty except for the search bar and users have no way of knowing what loops are hot atm

Show trending loops on the discover page

Describe alternatives you've considered
There's definitely a ton of other stuff that could go on that page and places like instagram, spotify, Audius, etc could be good references for what could go there but trending would be good for now.

I imagine trending will require more data
