Estimated time left should respect downloading model #156

Not sure, if it is an easy fix.

I switched the embedding model to a 1 GB one.

JabRef outputs

But my internet connection is not that good. Takes longer time for 1 GB.

Maybe just default to "more than 2 minutes". And after embedding model is downloaded, reset to "normal" progress?

The algorithm for estimating time is wrong :)

I already have an idea to improve it
