Mobile, the main hamburger menu dropdown and elements do not fit on the screen. #732

Describe the bug

The dropdown menus do not fit the screen and are not scrollable, preventing access to the clipped options.
"Show map" button overlays the dropdown menu.
The Sign Up button does not fit on the screen, and Safari does not allow zooming out enough to access it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Use a smartphone
Press on the main hamburger-menu

Expected behavior
Instead of a dropdown, the mobile version could have a floating pop-up selection.
