Does not connect to H10 on Samsung A425G

FatMaxxer version number or name

  • The version name can be found under App Info while the app is running
  • 210707_2112.main.0453da4

Phone Manufacturer, Model and Android Version

  • Samsung
  • A42 5G
  • Android 11

Hi,

Pairing does not work either trying to discover (does not find anything), or by entering the device 8 character identifier manually.

I am able to connect with Polar Beat to the H10 strap.

I'm not trying to pair when already paired using the Polar app (though I have tried that as well).

Thanks
Robert

Hi Robert, Ian had to help me out with this one too as I couldn't get a thing out of it.
What he suggested (worked straight away) was to go to Polar Beat and ensure that the H10 has dual broadcast set up - in settings, I think it's the third option box down.

Same issue here. FatMaxxer not finding my Polar H10 on Samsung Note 9 running Android 10. Polar Flow and Beat connect just fine. H10 updated to latest firmware version 3.2.0 and dual broadcast enabled.

Same problem on Samsung Note 9 for me. Works on Polar Beat without any hickups. On latest firmware 3.2.0.

I have solved the problem on my Galaxy Note. You have to specificially allow location services for the app when using BLE chest strap (like Polar H10).
