in order to correctly show the parent services in the costs dialog the osparc-client version must be at least 0.7.x

master branch of TI postgro is pointing to v0.8.2.

and v0.8.2 supports references to parents

I guess this is sufficient for this issue. @Konohana0608 if something else is missing here (e.g. you also need wallets etc) please add it above, otherwise let's close it.
