As a user i would like to be able to configure the FINS plc connection timeout

Acceptance Criteria

  • timeout is available as a macro in configuration, with currrent 5.0 second value as default

How to Test

Check emulator and test run as before - timeout has no meaning for emulator

May resolved an issue sometimes seen on LARMOR
