Galil Engineering OPI: stop button not working

Where?

If you go from the galil engineering view and click "more details" to open the motor details OPI, the stop button does not work. This works from the table of motors.

An $(MM) macro is clearly unexpanded so it may be that it's not getting passed through from the galil engineering opi.

How?

We tried to stop a motor on LARMOR after checking some details in the engineering view and then clicking through to the motor details OPI. A move sent through this worked, but stopping it did not.

Reproducible?

Yes

To Reproduce

• set up a galil in sim mode
• open galil engineering view OPI
• click more details
• move by a large amount
• hit stop while still moving
  You'll notice that the axis does not stop moving.

Acceptance criteria

• Issue is fixed and a motor can be stopped
