Allow formatting block values in title

As a user I can currently write block values into titles see here. When doing this I would like the ability to specify the format these are written in e.g. using 5.2f.

Did we really want to do this? Who has asked for it? Do they not use scripting in which case the set title is much more flexible.

It was asked for by SANDALS and POLARIS. They do tend to use scripting rather than setting the title by hand, yes. But they were interested in setting the blocks in the title if it had this feature. I agree that this is currently a low priority feature
