• Ability to track privacy budgets of PSI Query Tool users. These budgets are tied to the overall budget for the file.

• Storage of “User Specific” File Privacy Preserving Metadata
• Persistent storage and ability to re-open files using the PSI Query Tool
• Users may read their own Privacy Preserving File Metadata
