This was originally reported by Raman as part of #2465, then consolidated into #3241 at Mike's request but since we may be able to directly fix this isolated behavior now, we are opening this ticket.

Steps to reproduc:

  1. Create and publish a dataset with a file.
  2. Edit dataset to create a draft.
  3. Navigate to the file landing page from the draft version of the dataset.
  4. Click the dataset name in the breadcrumb.

Currently it takes the user to the currently published version whereas since you are coming from a Draft landing page, it should probably go back to the Draft dataset.
