Overview of the Feature Request

The goal is divided into the following action items:

• Establish a current completion percentage for the Re-Arch project
• Establish a completion percentage for the Q3 plan (after completing the planned work)
• Create a mechanism that allows dividing the Q3 completion percentage among its different planned features, enabling the measurement of progress for each individual feature as well as the entire Q3 at any time.
• Make the metrics easily and dynamically visible, allowing for easy updates (e.g., Google Sheet form)

It is important to have this ready before July 25th, as this information will be needed for the next monthly report.
