In the future it will be disallowed to load libraries as we currently do it. In java 11 it is a warning, and in java 12+ it will fail.

There are two ways to fix this:

  1. Provide that path to the library when launching the JVM with i.e. -Djava.library.path=native-libraries/Mac-x86_64 and use System.loadLibrary(libname)
  2. Extract the binaries from within the jar and load them using System.load(absolutepath).

Solution 2 will be implemented.
