In order to start publishing to AN, they'll need to start off by setting up their account in the News Publisher app here: https://www.icloud.com/newspublisher/

Do we know their account info / do they want us to set that up?

The Publish to Apple News plugin has been installed on staging so that we can configure it once the above steps are completed.

Looks like logging into the News Publisher account requires 2FA, so we'll probably need Roddy to just send us over what we need. I'll detail that below
