Problem working with call functions in web3j android

When I execute the read function, It returns the result very fast. However, the write function is frozen,. I also tried a lot of other ways but no change. This is the 3rd day since having this condition, and all of a sudden trades are being made from a while and from where I don't know. But today it sends request and executes on contract. Perhaps this function has to wait 2-3 days to execute. Why is it taking so long?
