Support dai and ethdai #193

In an effort to offer a Metamask UI where no fiat currencies are shown, we ran into the issue that the symbols API offers no ethdai rate:

https://api.infura.io/v1/ticker/symbols

Also, no trace of dai in infura-conversion.json:

https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-extension/blob/develop/ui/app/helpers/constants/infura-conversion.json

Could you please add dai and ethdai? With things like ethlsk, wings and the Philippine peso, I think the lists don't reflect real priorities.
