Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users if they are not logged in, don't know they are missing out of some information, there should be a more noticeable banner/pop up that warns the user that they are not singed in.

I would like a banner/pop up that shows the user that they are not signed in and they might be missing on information.
