Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not sure if this has come up yet, don't see an existing ticket with this. I'm wondering if it would be worth adding a tab to the user page (https://go.ifrc.org/account#account-information) with a 3W tab, offering quick access to records a user has created. If we want folks to manage portfolios in the system, having a single place to quickly find their records would be useful.

Describe the solution you'd like
The current tab layout for user pages include Account Information, Notifications, and PER forms. I'd recommend adding a separate tab there. Clicking on it would serve up a simple table with a column for:

  • Project name (with link to unique URL for that record)
  • Project country
  • Start and end dates
  • Status (perhaps with color coding to red to show closed)

Additional context
There is a ticket I see for July 3W updates: #1970 Not sure if this conflicts with anything there.

Where does the data come from and how is it maintained?
3W object.

Should there be any restrictions around viewing or updating information related to this feature
Require login, only show records for which the author field matches the user.

@LukeCaley, @mariam-yu, my thoughts for consideration. I assume most GO users would love to have a personal dashboard, where they could follow easily their own content (self created or followed). Could contain 3w projects, emergencies as well. Probably most NS users are mostly interested in their own content, so it could be even the landing page after logging in.

@tovari It makes sense I guess. Would need to give it some thought for the 3Ws and the user flows. We did also consider this section for the field reports placement, though during a user test we did a while ago, the users didn't seem to know much about the Account section, and it didn't seem intuitive for them to have it there. We could look into it.
