Hide partially email addresses of users on the UI

*Since we allow registering with emails as user names, and the site displays user names, the user emails might be visible. *

Describe the solution you'd like
*I suggest to partially hide the email address that makes scraping and user identification harder. Email strings as of @ could be replaced by 3 dots. E.g.:
[email protected] -> fistname.lastname...

Pages where user names are displayed:
FR view - Last updated by...

Describe alternatives you've considered

@LukeCaley, maybe we should also consider to hide all email addresses on the UI. E.g. contact emails would be displayed only when hovering over the contact.
