Get rid of the Pipeline.Type update when adding a Pipeline extension #2

For now, when a NLP Pipeline is created, it is necessary to make a pull request to datashare-api to extend the Pipeline.Type.

It would be more convenient to not depend on the datashare-api update to create a new pipeline plugin.
