I need always to add another section when there is a bug or delete an existing one

Use markdown header instead of bold
keep the system data, but maybe make it smaller
include a action required/suggested
Definition of done

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
