When using MvAC, if the two input sets do not contain the same identical set, it will indefinitely keep running unless stopped manually.

This happens when two (closed) sets do not completely match. This might happen due to an error that leaves 1+ movies out in Mcorr/FlexAlign/RlnMCorr.

Expected behaviour would be that the protocol finishes excluding the unmatching movies.
