Ensure hordes are rendered on default overmap tilesets #2239

With the merging of PR 69980, it is now important that default overmap tilesets render hordes, as they are present even when wandering hordes are disabled.

I went through default tilesets and took notes on their behavior.

ASCII Overmap: Hordes are invisible.
Altica: Hordes are rendered with the "no tile" sprite.
BrownLikeBears: Hordes are rendered with a bespoke sprite.
Chibi_Ultica: Hordes are rendered with the "no tile" sprite.
Cuteclysm: Hordes are invisible.
GiantDays: Hordes are rendered with a bespoke sprite.
HollowMoon: Hordes are rendered with a bespoke sprite.
Larwick Overmap: Hordes are invisible
MSXotto+: Hordes are rendered with the "no tile" sprite
NeoDays: Hordes are rendered with a bespoke sprite
RetroDays: Hordes are rendered with the "no tile" sprite
SurveyorsMap: Hordes are invisible.
Ultica: Hordes are rendered with the "no tile" sprite

Looks like this was already fixed by #2231 . Just needs to be merged to the main repo.
