Terms of Service has outdated bot links #1

The Terms of Service lists Lily and Lily-watchdog under the "Bots affected by these terms" section, however Hyacinth has another bot now, Allium. Should it be included/covered in the terms of service as well?

Also, the link for the lily bot is set to:
https://github.com/IrisShaders/LilyBot
however it will just redirect to where the repo now lives, at:
https://github.com/HyacinthBots/LilyBot

And "Lily-watchdog" has presumably been renamed and generalized to just "Watchdog", so its repo link could be updated as well.
