Fix Vaultkeeper issue like Magisk did #169

As seen in this issue opened on the magisk repository there has been a problem on several android devices, where Magisk did not disable the vaultkeeper during startup. Please apply the fix for KitsuneMask as well because it is filling up the logs and heating up my device when it barely does anything.
