Discuss about the technologies to be used

Discuss on what framework and language are to be used. The project analysis are found here. For the moment it's agreed that we'll use:

• Nest.js for the server
• Flutter for the mobile client
• Next.js for the web client (Next.js is a react framework, react been JS UI library)
  We're using GitHub project for the project management, we looking forward to use GitHub actions for CI/CD but other propositions are welcomed.

The topic is broad, we still have to agree on database type (SQL or NoSQL), React UI library (Tailwind, Material UI, Chakra UI, etc)
I maybe forgetting other aspect feel free to raise the topic
