I think #2624 alone is worthy of a release. Could we think of releasing 0.29.0 around 15 Feb?

Proposed DSL Changes

There are three DSL changes I would like into get into release so they can be used to fix Casks. In my mind, #2761, #2739 merged are solid and ready to go. #2742 merged would also help me fix a specific Cask, though it might warrant more discussion.

Proposed New Container Types

CAB archives (#1992 merged) has been incubating for two months, and has been rewritten to use the new depends_on_formula facility.

Bumped until next release

#2744 (7z container type) is newer, but fully tested, and includes the framework needed to trivially add SIT and RAR archives later.

Held Until Release

#2761 merged referenced above should be held until release because it contains both a DSL change and an updated Cask.

All of this was accomplished except for #2744, which is bumped to the next release.
