Summary: The section in which novice users may learn how to use Parametrix

Description:

Type: Feature

Attributes: Have instructions for designs that can be done with parametrix(simple for now), a fully functioning level format, a fully functional coordinate plane at each level

Acceptance Criteria: All instructions must teach the user a new aspect of design with parametric and/or how to think parametrically, the coordinate planes must display the results accurately

Priority: Critical
