General description of the issue
Injected myself with 40u of fartium and all it did was spam "your stomach hurts as pressure builds inside of you" and make me vomit since I was OD'ing on it but no farts or nothing.

What you expected to happen
uncontrollable farts

What actually happened
nothing but some damage, vomiting and messages

Sometimes it works sometimes not but yeah no uncontrollable farts
