Bring Back Event Gamemode

Bring back the event gamemode that karma made, I know some people believe it was a shitshow, but I know many others who would have thought it was a chaotic and fun gamemode. I personally like it because it both presented a higher danger to the crew, but it brings people back into the game.

If the gamemode is still in code, put it in rotation. Otherwise, bug karma
