Idea for new Traitor item

Basically, my idea is some sort of futuristic bracelet that would hold and conceal a small or tiny item in your shirt sleeves, being attached to your jumpsuit, and would need to remove the accessory to re-use it and drop the loaded object. Use HUD icon buttons to toggle whether the item is deployed in your active hand, ignore the fact that its physically impossible to do this.

[Why]: Feels like it would be a fun niche item for murderboners of the more stealthy variety, which is infinitely more fun than Mr Dual Esword.
[Resources]: Absolutely nothing.
