[Implementation]: The Cable Lasso is an item that is crafted from cable ties, just like the noose. Once crafted, it can be used to restrain people from a distance like a true cowboy. You start by activating the item in one hand and then it will use both hands to twirl the lasso above your head. While twirling, your movement speed will be decreased by a large amount. When you're ready to throw, click in the direction you wish the lasso to travel (aim at your target) and if it hits your target they will be restrained depending on the body part the lasso was thrown at. If you miss, the lasso will harmlessly land on the ground and return to your hand.
If the lasso lands on the...
Head, it will start strangling the target and just like cuffs they need to be still to struggle out of it.
Torso, it will act like an aggressive hold and keep the target from running away.
Left/Right Arm, it will restrict both hands and act like cuffs and keep the target from running away or using items.
Left/Right Leg, it will restrict both legs and prevent the target from standing.
Once your target is lasso'd, you will still be using both hands to keep the lasso on the target, but you are free to move and drag them around. You can close or open the distance between you and your lasso'd target by activating the lasso in your hand with either disarm (open) or grab (close) intent. If your lasso landed on their head, you can use the harm intent to start hanging them over a stool or chair as you can with a noose (the target has to be next to the stool or chair).
[Why]: Gives players a new way to apprehend other players and traitors a new gimmick to play with.
