Kernel Oops when trying to record from USB Audio Mic (Akiro Kinobo) #48

This started to occur after updating to firmware with 3.12.18 kernel, older firmware doesn't have this problem.

Issue occurs after arecord -f cd -c 1 -D hw:1,0 test.wav

Can you reopen this issue here:
https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux
where the USB gut (p33m) will see it.
